Sensational Thanksgiving (and Everyday) Sides

Sunday, November 5, 4:00PM – Together with dietitian & nutritionist (& Or Hadash member) Jackie Topol, we’ll create delicious autumn-inspired parve side dishes perfect for the holidays or any day! Learn new recipes for lighter sides together with some interesting nutrition info and cooking tips. Menu will include lemon-rosemary quinoa pilaf, braised red cabbage with pears and fennel, roasted balsamic Brussels sprouts with apples & pine nuts, Italian butter beans with lemon & tarragon, & jeweled butternut squash.

Jackie Topol, MS, RD, CDN is a registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist whose mission is to help people use food-as-medicine to manage and reverse a variety of health conditions. Jackie owns a private practice & is the co-founder of the Culinary Nutrition Collaborative (CNC), which offers continuing education events for dietitians and health professionals. She has been teaching cooking classes for over 15 years and is excited to get in the kitchen with Or Hadash members & community!
